You will look at ingredients, where to buy, what to look out for and how best to store for optimum benefits. You will be taught traditional and modern methods of how to prepare your dishes. Typically, you will have a range of vegetarian dishes to cook, including a starter and mains. Along the way, Rayeesa will share her own tips and advice as well as interesting stories about her own food journey.
